Or more like find exercise that you enjoy and find fun! And remembering that I have never regretted a workout. Ever.
So what do I like? Kickboxing. Turbo Fire. Yoga. Lifting weights (although I get intimidated and overwhelmed by this). Mostly a butt kicking workout where I sweat and feel awesome afterwards.
Currently I am doing my power yoga and some turbo fire. What I need is more of a schedule.
Today I am e-x-h-a-u-s-t-e-d. We took grandma to a same day appointment for various issues shes been having. Lets say a doctor visit is an all day affair. If these issues aren't resolving by Wednesday it's a trip to the er. Care taking is a tough business and those that do it need to be paid more. Seriously.
Tomorrow plans include light grocery shopping, the library, yoga, and checking on grandma.
