Well, instead of going down on the scale; I have been going up! A little depressing, but today I decided to join the 8 week biggest loser challenge at work. We must lose a pound a week for a total of 8 pounds. I hope this will jump start me on exercising, eating healthier and seeing the weight go down. This should be a fun friendly challenge with co-workers.
The weigh ins are on Tuesday, so I will probably add a blog a week to keep all up-to-date on my progress.
