Yep no energy today
as its low carb day and by the zig zag plan I was to take in only 1320 calories and no high carbs so that is what I am doing.....but even though i feel tired and sluggish I did get in 2 great workouts today...this afternoon was Jnl Fusion TKO along with Cathe's Ab Hits program #1 and tonight just before I typed this blog I did The Firm Cardio To The Core along with Cathe's Ab Hits program #2!!
well i sure hope that carb cycling and now counting my calories my body will burn off fat just a little faster!! It was doing alright on the carb cycle alone but on cheat days I was just eating to much
and not getting in enough calories on high carb days...so I am hoping by counting my calories I will stay in control of my cheat days and eat enough as well!! So I can do some major shrinking!!
