Nope no Energy....!

Yep no energy today as its low carb day and by the zig zag plan I was to take in only 1320 calories and no high carbs so that is what I am doing.....but even though i feel tired and sluggish I did get in 2 great workouts today...this afternoon was Jnl Fusion TKO along with Cathe's Ab Hits program #1 and tonight just before I typed this blog I did The Firm Cardio To The Core along with Cathe's Ab Hits program #2!! well i sure hope that carb cycling and now counting my calories my body will burn off fat just a little faster!! It was doing alright on the carb cycle alone but on cheat days I was just eating to much and not getting in enough calories on high carb days...so I am hoping by counting my calories I will stay in control of my cheat days and eat enough as well!! So I can do some major shrinking!!

No excuses...right??!

    You are doing great. We all have to make little adjustments. I still have a lot of work to go before I can even think of being where you are.
So I concentrate on getting my workouts done and slowly try to add in. Keep up the good work. emoticon

    I agree with Chana, lots of working out for someone who has no energy!

So I looked at the zigzag calculator. Following the classic plan, on some high carb days, your calorie count is lower. Are you following the zigzag calorie count to the "T" while implementing your carb cycle?

    That's a lot of working out today!!! You go girlfriend! I need to see if I can incorporate the zig zag way into the turbo plan.
