This week's blog is going to be straight to points I have to cover. My toddler has been sick with strep throat & flu at the same time so unfortunately I still haven't been able to respond to my sp friends. The ones that have been supporting me by posting on my blogs & sp page. Thank you & as I said before I promise I WILL get back to you.
At this point I am just glad that for the first time since I have started using SP I am blogging continuously. So even though I am not as active on SP I am still doing all the things that SP makes me do.
Will start my second week of 5k Walk/jog training & I have to admit while my stamina is getting better with every passing week, Asthma sucks (Mind my language there) I want to push & I have been but when in the middle of my jogs I get an attack (has happened thrice so far), it hurts me emotionally more than physically. I have been reading a lot online & I am finally getting the hang of jogging while being Asthmatic. I am hopeful & that in itself is a big word.
Now to another bold step. I have posted a side picture before on SP but will be posting a front facing picture for the first time. Here it goes
Yup that's me at 257.5 lbs without any makeup folks. This picture was taken so I could post it on my fridge not on SP but then what the heck I 'll be earning 50 more points for the BLC weekly challenge.
