End of Week 4 of BLC! I had a rough week last week, which was frustrating because I thought I was in good shape, but I think it was due to my "visitor." I got a bit frustrated by it though and kinda threw my hands up in the air, but the WW counting has kinda been ingrained in my head, because I still did it, without even thinking. And I had a significant loss this week! I was expecting a gain since I knew I hadn't paid much attention to counting, and Labor Day was in the picture, but I lost 3 pounds and got to ring the bell because that put me over 10 pounds lost! I also got a star for my weight tracker and a blue ribbon (I knew the star was coming, but not the ribbon)! I don't know what this week is going to look like. I"ve done a TON of motion-based activity this weekend, and I tend to do well with my weigh-ins when I have done this, and my food has been reasonable. Even at my best girlfriend's baby shower, we had some tomato basil soup and a green salad with grilled chicken and a raspberry vinaegarette, so it was a good meal. Time for sleep, now, though.
