Camp Schedule:

Wed start...have fun talking about CAMPING

Thursday Ghost Stories

Friday....Movie night and camp fire

Sat...Sock Hop

We will also have a Fitness challenge that will run over the weekend.. So its all about having fun and letting loose before the next round starts..


POINTS EARNED

1. Water
-8 glasses of 8oz water per day. You will get 5 point everyday for meeting this challenge. Water can include tea, coffee and any kind of mixers such as Crystal Light. REPORT DAILY

2. Food
- You will get 5 point per day for staying in your calorie range.

3. Supplements
- You will get 5 point for each day you remember your supplement. That supplement could be a daily multi-vitamin, it could be calcium, or any vitamin/mineral supplement that is appropriate for you.

4. Exercise
- 5 point for every 10 min of cardio or strength training. Max 90 minutes per day.

5. Activity on Thread
-5 point for each day that you are active on the thread. The support we give each other is invaluable!
