I guess I'm really starting over this time. This is really like starting from square 1. After breaking my ankle in May, I was immobile for 3 months. I pretty much sat around and ate. All of my measurements are larger, my weight is up, and my muscle tone is gone. So, its time to get back in the game!
I start PT in two days, so I will be following whatever they say. I'll also be following some exercise programs that are specific for roller derby to get my body into shape.
Get down to 140 lbs by the end of the round
Be cleared to skate by November 1
Be cleared for contact drills by the middle of December
Bike rides with the family at least 3 days a week
