soo I am new to spark and am just really glad to see so many members. I honestly wish everyone had the same passion as all the members here. I am pretty much really interested in anything fitness. I have learned that shoving junkfood down my mouth while on a sofa is just not the way to live. waking up one morning and having this clear realization that things had to change with the way I eat and live. so I started eating clean, snacking clean, drinking clean, and of course got my fitness on at the gym. I lost twenty pounds on my own. no supplements. and now I am just mentally and physically prepared to start on my next 20 pound loss adventure.
