Well, I had to go to my physical office last week for training on our new software and boy was it hard. Staying in a hotel and eating out was very difficult. I did have salad every day for lunch and dinner and ate a healthy breakfast, but my snacks were non-existent and it was really hard to keep up with my water. I only walked the first day because I was so busy after that it was impossible to fit it in. I was going to try to workout at the hotel but their gym did not open until 6:30 and that was too late for me. I gained five pounds this last week. Although I was very disappointed I will not give up and I am walking again, made it up to 10,000 steps on my morning walk this week and so now I will just focus on increasing the speed that I walk those steps. It really helped me to see how important some things are like the water, snacks and daily exercise. When I follow those things it works. At first I was really having a hard time with my schedule being out of wack but than I realized that the stress was not going to help my situation and so I just did the best I could given the circumstances. I do feel encouraged though since I got home and I am sure that I will be able to get the 5lbs off and than some in now time. I really missed SP too, it was hard to find the time to even log in everyday and I had such a hard time tracking my food while there. So glad to be home and getting back into my routine!
