I am new

Hi. I am new to Spark People. I am trying to lose about 10 pounds so that I can join the Navy. I tried doing the South Beach Diet and actually gained a pound. : P What is that about? I am going to give Spark People a try and hopefully it will work for me.

not all meal plans work for everyone. do the sensible plan that Sp suggests and work out.

    Thank you for your decision to join the military. I wish you well on your journey. I am an air force veteran. I highly recommend sparkpeople, there is so much info available here, search & find what works for you.
