I am determined to get the weight off and become healthier. I do know i am not getting the calories in I should. I just have not been feeling hunger. I know I need to eat. emoticon I am getting my exercise in at least 4-5 times a week and doing strengthening also. emoticon What do people do when they are not hunger?

    I usually plan my meals. I'll try to eat the same time everyday. I'll just make it a routine so my body can continue losing fat even though I'm not hungry. emoticon
