214.0 this morning. Just for today. Down 1.6 from yesterday.
Today went well. There were a few struggles today but I got through them and I stayed on plan.
No gym today. I'm aiming for 3 days a week, Tuesday (pilates), Wednesday and Friday (both spinning). If I go more than that, great, but ideally I'll work up to 5 days per week by the end of the year.
Breakfast was 2 hard boiled eggs and a pear. I did have a morning snack today, of about 12 almonds, a cheese stick and some beef jerky. Lunch was a salad in a jar with chicken. I had an afternoon snack of some beef sticks and cheese. Lots of cheese today. Dinner was supposed to be a burger patty with sauteed onions and mushrooms with swiss cheese and salad. I didn't trust the burger patty though, it tasted off to me. So I ate everything else. The sauteed onions and mushrooms included. Overall good. 2 salads in one day. Who am I?
I went to HyVee after school to get buns for the burgers since no one else in my house is no-carbing it. I had to godown the aisle with the goodies and they smelled so wonderfully delicious. I was so tempted to get some donuts or snack cakes or something but I didn't. It was hard, but I resisted. So far that's my first temptation. And I beat it. Once it was out of sight, it was out of mind.
