So...seems I'm getting the hang of eating lunch which has helped a bunch but I also need to work on getting enough sleep. Towards the end of the last week I started staying up late and that carried into last night so today at work I was really dragging. Not only did I stay up late last night I also had a really hard time falling asleep.
Lack of sleep has been the other big problem for me and I need to figure it out. The more I have to do the more things roll around in my head. I'm just really busy right now I need to find a way to turn off when I hit the bed.
Mid afternoon I felt like I was crashing and this is when I would turn to a sugary snack or caffeine to push myself on...today I stayed away from the snack (eating lunch helped me manage this) but I did have some caffeine.
Here's to trying to get a good nights sleep tonight!
