MONDAY - Meatless Monday - eat at least 2 meatless meals today.
TUESDAY - Do 10 wall push-ups or calf raises every time you visit the rest room.
WEDNESDAY - Increase your NEAT today. NEAT stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. Basically, it is all the activity you do in a day. Find ways to increase your activity such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking further from the door, or standing up while talking on the phone. All of these burn a few extra calories and they add up.
THURSDAY - Spend at least 30 minutes today de-cluttering an area. Clean out a drawer, closet, or your desk etc.
FRIDAY - Do at least 3 core exercises today.
Weekly Streak Challenge - Eat a healthy breakfast at least 5 days this week. (Aim for every day!)
