It's been a rough day. Meadow woke me up to go out at 1:20am and by the time I came back in I was wide awake. Tossed and turned until around 4am...alarm going off at 6am :( I am so tired.
Breakfast: Ezekiel cinn-raisin french toast w/sweet sausage & cantaloupe
These Grab'n Go! Roasted Seaweed Snacks were in my KlutchClub box last month so I figured I'd finally give them a try. Well....ummm....ewwww. One small bite was more than enough. It's just not for me.
So I had a few almonds instead.
Lunch: JM's Grilled Lemon Chicken w/grilled veggies
I forgot to bring my apple & cheese back to work after lunch so I ended up having this Cran-almond greek yogurt granola bar.
Dinner: Grilled pork ribs & steamed green beans
I had a mocha granola bar after dinner but didn't get a pic. I'm feeling very munchy today...most likely because I'm so tired. I'm taking tonight off from exercise because I know I'll just half-ass it and I really don't want to do that. If I'm going to workout I need to be able to give it my all.
I have also been trying to stay hydrated today. Actually, lately that's been a problem for me. I'm just not drinking as much water as I need to. I did pretty good today though. I think my focus for this week is going to be water, water, water!
I have some ironing to do then I'm going to climb into bed early and read until I fall asleep! Hubby can deal with Meadow tonight if necessary.
