Just starting over . . . AGAIN!!!

Monday, September 09, 2013

This is becoming a mantra. Not one that I am very proud of. However, I always come back. Why???? Because in the grand scheme of things, I want this. I want to be healthy. I want to feel good about myself. Or, maybe I just haven't hit my lowest point yet ( or in this case, the highest point). Each new school year, I create a personal goal. Many times it is contingent on my work life. This year's goal was to NOT let my work life dictate every other aspect of my life. I think I can be a better asset to those kids/young adults that I work with if I feel good about myself. Wish me luck.

I got really busy during the summer as a lot of teachers came back to SparkPeople and back to their usual teams. And now they're gone. It's so good to see a blog like this. Thank you for sharing. And yes, you can do this! Put your Fitbit to use with a lot of steps and let the kids think you're keeping an eye on them. If you need support with your Fitbit as I also have one, I'm here for you. Step, step, step! You can do this!!
