Insanity Fit Test Results - #3 (but starting over)

i had to quit doing "insanity" workout a few weeks back b/c my cousin wanted it back. well, she has let me use it again so i'm ganna give it another shot. i did the fit test yesterday and here are the results compared to last time i did...

switch kicks - #1 - 30 secs / #2 - 22 / #3 - 26
power jacks - #1 - 24 / #2 - 35 / #3 - 40
power knees (lifting right knee) - #1 - 70 / #2 - 80 / #3 - 90
power jumps - #1 - 14 / #2 - 20 / #3 - 20
globe jumps - #1 - 8 / #2 - 6 / #3 - 7
suicide jumps - #1 - 6 / #2 - 11 / #3 - 14
push-up jacks - #1 - 1 (lmao!!!) / #2 - 1 (lol) / #3 - 1 (still..lol)
low plank oblique - 1# - 12 / #2 - 21 / #3 - 28

it's soooo amazing to have still done better. just goes to show that no matter what kind of workout you are doing...as long as you work hard... you are getting stronger!!!

    Takes time to lose what you gained so you can see how much your hard work is still paying off!
