So, I wandered off again.
We can add chronic depression and an anxiety disorder to my list of issues.
The good news is that I'm actually still about 10 lbs down from December. The bad news is that I wasted a lot of time just sitting on the couch feeling awful.
So, I'm giving it another go.
I work a LOT these days (at least 50+ a week), but I can check in randomly through the day. Just need somewhere to be accountable, I think. Logging my food today, posting on message boards, trying to visualize being a success, yada yada yada.
