Keeping it up

Yesterday I failed my diet. I was out and about and forgot to take my lunch with me. I made a poor choice and had a mini supreme pizza. Then last night for supper we had a quick and easy because we have been doing a lot of canning the past few day, so we had scrambled eggs with ham in pita bread.
I kept the portions small so hopefully it does not mess with my weight loss, or diet too much. Today I am back on tract and feeling good.
