Keeping it up

Yesterday I failed my diet. I was out and about and forgot to take my lunch with me. I made a poor choice and had a mini supreme pizza. Then last night for supper we had a quick and easy because we have been doing a lot of canning the past few day, so we had scrambled eggs with ham in pita bread.
I kept the portions small so hopefully it does not mess with my weight loss, or diet too much. Today I am back on tract and feeling good.

    It is hard to eat well when you are canning. I know, I can a tremendous amout of food. I just put up 87 quarts of chicken and 32 quarts of chicken broth. Lots of work, and by the time you are done, the last thing you want to do is cook. Indulging yourself once in a great while does not hurt anything so do not feel guilty.

    It happens to all of us at some point, main thing is you got back on track today....I got an early birthday surprise from my mom....even though she knows I'm on this website....brings me a small cake for my bday....of course I'm eating it....can't hurt mom's feeling and I'm a junk food junkie so can't let it go to waste...back on track as soon as it's gone...I'm enjoying my 1 special day...
