Hard time with Motivation

I am really having a hard time with my motivation. . . or lack there of. In TWO WEEKS, I am doing a 5k (first one in like ten years) and I have not trained at all. I know for a fact I will not be running it, but still. I have no clue what to do, what I can do to push myself. My boyfriend is ALSO doing the 5k, his first ever. We are not in the best of shape whatsoever. I guess for this 5k we are just going to have to do the best we can, and if we do another we need to train!

    The 5k might be the motivation you are looking for! This will be your starting point! Do your best, have fun, enjoy it.
    Afterwards perhaps you can look for another 5k and each of you set a goal for either a faster time or be able to jog "x" minutes straight by the next race. Training together can be fun, even if one of you is more fit than the other. And it helps to have a buddy on the days you don't want to go.
