Monday day 20...... 7 pounds down still Motivated even tho the stress level is HIGH

Hello all! Happy MOnday.....on a great note the Niners won Green Bay yesterday!!!! Yahoooooooooooo....On another note I ate really good but did drink WAY to many cold refreshing beers this weekend.....I'm still down but need to concentrate HARDER on the weekends! My hubby was laid off from work Friday, after being off for 2 years just finding work 4 months ago......I KNO UGH......This usually is a bad chain reaction for eating more than i should. I weighed in at home this am....well i know i was bloated because of my splurge on beers....well at home i weighed 244.8 then i came into work and used the restroom 3 times (sorry graphic) but i was flushing myself w/ lemon water to get rid of that bloating feel...and I dropped another 2 pounds......That made me very happy! I packed my breakfast and my lunch today and I m about to go hit the gym for my 30 min workout. I have to tell myself, that my DH will get a job soon and I know he is super stressed on it too.....we owe my landlord money ......its my mom, my uncle, and my grammas bday this month, not to mention i have to get my 15 year old a new homecoming dress by 9/28....I also HAVE to keep in mind that our lord in Savior is in control and got me thus far......I know it will all work out it always does.....Just proud I'm on here blogging my feelings instead of eating them! I joined a excersize group at work, and 3 my close girlfriend here at work stared a weigh in session every MOnday so we keep ourselves accountable over the weekend, no winners or losers, just helping eachother stay motivated! So for breakfast i had:
1 egg
1 whole grain piece of toast
1 slice ham
1 cup red grapes
1 chicken drumstick Baked
1/2 baked sweet potato
raw cut zucchini, bell peppers, green onion and tomato salad w/ balsamic vinager
1 fish taco w/ cut tomato, onion and peppers on it
flushing all day w/ Lemon, ginger, cucumber water.

Gota get to gym...thank you all for all your support it helps! GOD IS GOOD
