Okay, in terms of tracking my goals...not tracking them very well. From my memory, week 1's results:
1. Exercise 3x/wk: nope. But I did start a 30-day ab challenge on Thursday, so I did do ab work for 3 days.
2. Show a loss at wkly WW weigh-ins: nope.
3. Make one recipe per week. Nope.
Tonight's the first night of the Mat Pilates class.
I ordered a set of workout DVD's last week. Hope they arrive soon. I'm a fan of the Body Electric exercise show that airs/aired on PBS. It's hosted by Margaret Richard. I've recorded many of the shows for my personal use. There's one series, however, that never aired on my local PBS station, so I took advantage of a good sale last week and ordered it. It's a whole series of 26 workouts and I'm looking forward to new workouts.
Nothing much else to report. I will try to do better with keeping my goals in mind this week!
