Today is day one on Spark People. I am maintaining my eating and today started incorporating yoga into my daily routine. I am already a little sore (sore is good!) and am glad I am starting to work on my flexibility and strength. My goal remains the same. Not going to lose sight of the desire to show that I can do this. With or without someone in my life. My children are the reason I am doing this. Show an example, encourage and most of all, be there for them.
