Determination.... Update on Diet Change

It has been a month since I started my new diet plan so I thought I would update you all on how it has been going. In the month I have found that I have greater strength than I ever thought. I don't know where it has been hiding but I finally found it! I feel like I have more energy and my body hasn't felt better. I finally found something that has worked for me.

In the month I have lost 10.5 pounds and dropped a pants size, all thanks to my new way of eating. I am fueling my body right and giving it what it needs. I am finally learning how to eat right, correct portions, and what my body needs to keep going strong.

I am pretty determined on my own but I have also had some great cheerleaders helping me along as well. My hubby and kids have been amazing! They have been so supportive and that has helped me tremendously. My best friend and sister have been a great support system as well. Since I started this new way of living my sister also joined on board which makes me feel so proud. I have been trying to get her on the healthy band wagon for a long time now. She finally made the decision as well and that makes me so happy! And of course.... all my spark friends!

What is next....?

I am going to keep on trucking along. It feels so good to actually feel like I am getting somewhere since I have been on a year or more plateau it seems. I still have more weight I would like to drop and continue to work down the pants sizes as well.

It may feel like you are pushing a bolder up a mountain but you can get through it. Keep pushing and keep believing in yourself!
