struggling with low self-esteem

this morning, i'm struggling a bit with low self-esteem and mild depression. so far, i've tried eating breakfast, listening to upbeat music, journaling about why i might be stressed, giving myself a pep talk, and now i'm heading to the fitness center for a long walk on the treadmill.

hoping the endorphins will give my mood a needed boost!
