Day 163 - Seriously Need to Control the Friction!!!

Monday, September 09, 2013

I ended up walking 5 miles this morning. It was okay and it did give me a chance for my legs to rest from my yesterday's walking and jogging.

My biggest problem is that yesterday I forgot to apply this anti-friction Band-Aid stuff and got a massive rash from my bra. Today hurts very bad and I ended up wearing a different type of bra that won't rub the rash. emoticon

I am seriously thinking about purchasing a tight fitting running bra and hopefully that would eliminate all that friction!

Today during my walk I was actually thinking about doing a emoticon . Depending on how I do, maybe next Spring I will do a emoticon. I may even make it a goal to do a emoticon , but that is pushing it! It would be very cool though!!! emoticon I would be the coolest mom on the block!

Saw your post and had to tell you about Body Glide! I, and most Triathletes, use it so we don't chafe in wetsuits. I also put it on the heels and around the openings to my bike shoes and run shoes. I know a lot of women that use it on their training bras as well as their tri suits! It works! All the best and "Cool Runnings!"
