I only have to strength train 3 days a week, run 5 days a week, potty train a almost 3 yr old, keep the house in order, get ready for bow season, and watch what I eat.. Thats not much.. Oh yes I even need to be sure to stretch everyday and keep myself limble for all this torture.. All for a slimmer me.. I hope it works..
