Off the wagon

Didn't last long on the wagon. Very disappointed with myself.

I find it very hard to eat healthily when my husband is around during the day, and he has been off work for almost six weeks. He has found a job, and will be starting at the end of the month. This is really just an excuse, just because he is eating chips, and chocolate doesn't mean I have to as well - but that's how my brain seems to work.

Getting back on the wagon today. But first I need to go back to sleep [it's 430am here].

    The biggest thing for me is asking myself if I'm running from some feeling when I want to eat something that's not good for me.

Journaling helps me.

    I am right there with you. During the week I do great with my food choices, but on the weekends I am home all day with my boyfriend and he is a big snacker. I try not to snack with him, but sometimes it looks so good. Hang in there, you will get there!
