Trying to get back on track.

Finding time to exercise on the weekends seems to be pretty easy. Got in 2 20-30 minute walks on Saturday and Sunday while my daughter rose her bike. Did a little bit of vigorous playing with her at the park. Now what to do about weekdays. We are so busy and tired in the evenings now that she hasstarted school. Much of my evening is taken up with her and then with getting ready for the next day. I will have to see what iI can fit in. Happy Monday everyone!
