I start writing this with the thought in mind that this is going to be a very quick update, here's hoping that's true :D
Since my last blog, I am happy to say that I am still content with my life choices and the decisions I make everyday, to not just succeed on this journey, but to be on it with a smile on my face (MOSTLY).
July was an Awesome month for me, (fitness wise), because I found myself being active on most days, without feeling like it was a chore or a burden. As for August, well, I was on the best vacation ever (Australia and NewZealand) and I promised myself to go to the gym when I was out there and maintain my active lifestyle, and I did 4 times a week for 3 weeks. I ate whatever the hell I wanted but I still managed to lose 2 pounds when I came back, but that's because I was living a very active life.
As for September, this is normally the month where all things go to hell. Dont ask me why, it has just always been that kinda month for me. But thankfully, my positive outlook and need for a stress-free existence, I've made piece with September. Even though I have so many things that I could stress about right now, like money that I am short of this month, work politics, back to Uni, car payments and am sure you all know the rest, I just choose to not worry because seriously, everything works itself out. It always does.
I've achieved so many fitness goals in the last couple of weeks and I am just ecstatic about that. doing what works for my body and not worrying about doing what's right (in other people's book) is really working for me. But that's the whole point isn't it?
