HI! Now is when I use this blog to make myself accountable and get back on track so I can reach that goal of 135# that's been dangling like a carrot in front of me for quite awhile now. I've been working hard at my job for exactly 3 months today. During that time I've went from 143.7 to 150.5, OOPS! Not too bad but I'm trying very hard to get back on track. Guess I'm having trouble managing my time so that I fit in my DVD workouts and 5.5 mile walk/runs with Bella. I noticed that I gained inches in my core from not working out. I gained about 2 in my waist and 1 in my hips. Now I know working out really does matter and I need to fit workouts in 3 times a week. My favorite jeans don't even fit right anymore. Amazing what a little weight and no workouts will do!
