The scale was at 196.6 this morning. There is no good reason why the scale is stuck here, things are going fantastic diet and exercise wise. SO! I will be moving ahead this week as planned:
I will be spending time studying my favorite book! Finding my peace, strength, stability and growth during this time with the Lord. I will be thankful and blessed each day for this time.
I will do my best to get 7 hours of sleep each night. Last night was 5
. Not a good amount for me but it has to work as its a very busy day.
I will eat of the bounty of delicious food available to me! I spent a great deal of yesterday cooking and thinking through how to make my week flow.
I have a doctor apt Tuesday with a functional medicine doctor who will be working with me to get through some health challenges revealed in my blood work.
I will stay focused on my exercise. My new DVD You are your own gym by Mark Lauren is arriving tomorrow! I am so pumped. I have done the novice workout of his, from this DVD, on youtube over and over for two weeks now and am getting my butt kicked. My running is twice a week, 3-5 miles each run. I enjoy biking at least once a week. Strength will be 3 days this week and core often as its part of my PE with kiddos. I enjoy kickball with them too, almost daily, so fun.
I will spend time outdoors. The fresh air is so good!
And last but definitely not least, I will
and encourage my family much this week. I will also humbly serve the families who are part of the Classical Conversations Community. I will have 2 boys & 3 girls (5-6 yo's) who I get to share my morning with every Thursday, learning and growing in knowledge!
I will walk in God's strength, grace and peace this week! And of course as the celebrations come, I'll reflect and share.
