I'm not sure why I have begun to stay up later and sleep later but it has to stop. I set my alarm and got out of bed earlier today and BOOM I am still fatigued. No surprise as this has been a pattern for about a week. I also ate a carb snack last night before bed and went to bed with a full pouch. Not a good idea to have slice of cinnamon toast (used a little sugar) and sugar free hot chocolate right before be either. It's time to get this back under control and earlier to bed tonight meaning on time and no pre bed snack! I need my sleep and not to eat again before bed!
I don't feel like running today and have steps to get in. I will stroll on the treadmill after dressing as I have not allowed time to run and shower. Then I'll have to get more steps at lunch and after work. It is supposed to rain today and this may have something to do with not feeling like walking but is not a good excuse either. I have kept my 10,000 step streak alive since June first and will not let it crash due to this either so off we go. I hope to have a great day and that you each do too.
P.S. My hubby got his fit bit yesterday and went down to the basement last evening and walked :). He got his 10,000 steps in for the first day of his own streak. Proud of him, heck YA!
