286 today. That's 11 pounds down from my highest ever.
Last week I had an over 8K steps day, an over 9K steps day, and an over 10K steps day. I was just 198 steps away from it being an 11K day--I didn't think that was even possible for me.
Now I'm aiming for 282, which will be 15 pounds down, and also my first 5% loss. I think it was last year that I got to 282, but it only lasted for about five minutes. Hoping to meet and surpass that this time.
