A new work week

Monday, September 09, 2013

I didn't get as much done on the weekend as I had planned. I sort of ground to a halt when I realized that I didn't have anymore room in my freezer for finishing up the apples. That issue was resolved last night when Kyle asked us if we would be willing to accept an older model upright freezer that his folks want to get rid of. They don't use it at all and wanted to give it to Kyle. It's too big for Kyle's place so he wanted to know if we would trade him the small chest freezer that we were going to buy from the girls for the bigger one. I'm okay with that. Now I just have to wait for it to happen and then I can go ahead with the rest of the apples.
I also have some pears that were donated to us that I will do up in the freezer. God is good!

My Gratefuls:
1. I am grateful for all the blessings that come our way. I now will have the extra freezer that I needed as well as more goodies to put into it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
2. I am grateful for the good night's sleep that I had last night, would still be sleeping if it weren't for having to go to work this morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
3. I'm heading into day nine of my successful water drinking. Having the visual is really helping me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
4. The plus side of drinking more water is that my skin is not so dry. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
5. I was able to harvest some more carrots and a few onions from the garden yesterday afternoon. The carrots I will share with my co-worker that gave me the abundance of apples. A win win for both of us. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
6. I'm grateful for the new work week and the time to get caught up on my work. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
7. I'm grateful for the quiet time in the mornings that allow me to have time in meditation. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
8. I'm grateful for my family and friends that support and encourage me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
9. I'm grateful that I only have 3 weeks to wait now until I see the doctor. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
10. I'm grateful for the blessing of a new day of life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Have a wonderful Monday.
Hugs,
Wanda

It always amazes me that when we stop to reflect on our blessings we are often amazed to find that they are are plentiful and bountiful as the harvest from our gardens and quite often our emotional freezers are full to the brim.

Have a blessed week Wanda
