Dentists !!

Monday, September 09, 2013

Since my holidays I have found it hard to get back into a routine. I have to juggle my time as I have taken on a second job to help pay for some much needed dental work.
My part time job does have one nice bonus, I get free membership to a state of the art gym,
the only problem being I am to tired to use it !!! I am hoping that this tiredness is a temporary thing as I get used to the added work, only time will tell.
My eating has been slack as well, I am working hard on that. The only thing that really has been on track is my meditation sessions, so I am very relaxed ! and sleep like a baby.

That's a tough situation for you. Hopefully the additional work is most of the cause of your tiredness. Try getting your eating back to where it needs to be and see if that will give you more energy. I have access to a gym (though not state of the art but it IS a gym) here at my job, free of charge, and I don't use it because I'd have to drive back to work during the day and deal with parking issues just to use it. I'd love to have a place a little more convenient to use.
Keep going with your meditation - it always is good to be relaxed!

Glad to know the meditation is still working.... that being the case, I think the others will come back into focus.
