Well last week was bad in some ways but it worked out. I missed four days in a row of working out. But I got back on track and haven't missed a day since Wednesday. Tracking calories good or bad has been great I tracked everyday this week. I have not done any st or core workout out this week so hopefully next week i'll fit some in. Sleep wise I have been doing great. Having three meals a day not so much so I will say that it is a work in progress but overall it has been okay. Ready to go this week.

Balancing what we want to do in working toward our goals with what we need to do or must do in living is not always easy. You seem to be making excellent progress. Yes, it's two steps forward and one step backward... but in the long run you're way ahead of that starting line back there! (See it? It's so far back, it's getting fuzzy, huh?!?)

That happens to me sometimes too, like this week because of my ankle injury. The point is to get back on track. Also, if your work outs are getting stagnant, maybe try to change things up or make a game out of doing more ab work or whatever core work you do. I used to challenge myself to do more sit ups than the previous time, when I was on a roll. It was fun.

I like the fact that you are improving your sleep since that has been a goal of yours. It is also supposed to help in weight loss, so you get double reward - feel more rested, feel less weight. Great job and keep it up.
