Well last week was bad in some ways but it worked out. I missed four days in a row of working out. But I got back on track and haven't missed a day since Wednesday. Tracking calories good or bad has been great I tracked everyday this week. I have not done any st or core workout out this week so hopefully next week i'll fit some in. Sleep wise I have been doing great. Having three meals a day not so much so I will say that it is a work in progress but overall it has been okay. Ready to go this week.
