My last blog was so great wasn't it? I boasted about losing 12 pounds and feeling good.
Not so much today.
Today's food consisted of McDonald's, Applebee's, candy and KFC for dinner. I made a Spark recipe for dinner that turned out burned with under-cooked noodles (how does one do that?).
Tomorrow is a new day to make better (not perfect) choices.
Off to bed I go. Hope all of my friends are feeling fine both physically and emotionally. Hope you have a great week.
