SUNDAY, September 8th, 2013....

I also forgot to mention yesterday that I am on my monthly visit from aunt flow and it is soooo much harder for me to control my cheat days or any day for that matter during that time of the month! lol it's like how I feel at this time of the month!! But I was also pointed out by a really smart sp friend SOULFULLORI that I might not be eating enough with the workouts I I clicked into calorie counting and checked my calories and sure enough I am going way below what they recommend for someone with my weight,height and exercise routine so I am now tracking and oh yeah I did have to weigh myself for the first time in a long while!! I will have to weigh in again after aunt flows visit just to make sure I am taking in the right amount of calories! I am not a person who believes in the scale but if it helps me get to my be it!!! So now I am using the spark tracker...the zig zag calorie program and Chris Powell's carb cycle!! Lol this should be good!!

I got in 2 great workouts today!! Did Bicep Builder along with Cathe's STS Total Body - premix Upper Body! LOVED it!! Then tonight I did Cathes Cardio Super Sets/ Premix 25 minutes and finished it off with JNL Fusion Complete Abs!!

I needed to get in1957 calories today! And man it was tuff but my ENERGY LEVELS are CRAZY!!

    Goodness...that is a lot of calories but then again you do workout like a wild woman! I'm sure you will tweak it and find the right amount for you. I just know how dedicated you are and I don't see you as a person that can't "say no" to treats so the fact you were craving so much sugar and had trouble every cheat day keeping it within range told me it wasn't that you needed to try harder but rather what you were doing wasn't working for you. If it were emotional eating that is different but I didn't hear that in your posts. Now Aunt Flo is different but still that isn't the whole story. Thanks for the sweet mention...truth is I learn so much from you and tune in every day to your blog! I feel like I'm right there with you! LOL. Tomorrow I will update the Team on my carb cycling and post on those threads you mentioned. Today was crazy with interview stuff. Just know I love the carb cycling and it is working great for me!     Whoo hoo awesome! Isn't it great knowing you can have so many calories (good ones of course) and still be able to lose weight? emoticon

    The things we go through as women! Yeah, I get hungry, irritated, and a tad bit crazy emoticon when it's that time of the month~ Although I have to agree with DS9KIE, during this time, my energy level is wiped even on high carb days!

    Ok how can you have aunt flow and then have enough energy to do soooo much exercise...cause boy I sure was wiped out last week...I could just barely do exercise.
