I just finished setting up my account and have looked around the site. There is an awful lot on here. I do have some concerns about that. I want to be online as little as possible. I work on a computer all day, from home, and when I log out of my work laptop, I really have no desire to spend a few more hours online. I did, however, put the iTunes app on my phone to help with that. I'm sure the site will get easier with time, it's a litte daunting with all of the info on there.
I'm hoping to snag some motivation from this. I have a history of starting this weight loss "thing" and never getting anywhere with it. I also have a history of beating myself up over failure. It seems as though I'm not the only one. I sure don't feel so alone after seeing both of those issues being a struggle for others.
