I've decided to log my food a day before. This will help me to properly distribute calories among my 3 meals/2 snacks. This will also help me to see how much I should workout. I was becoming agitated because my dinners are always 200-400 calories more than all of my other meals. Then I realized, I'M WORKING OUT AT THE END OF THE DAY!! Of course, then, I will be a bit more hungry after working out.
So, for tomorrow, I'm going to try to get up early, workout midday, and eat a very light dinner. I really hope that I am successful.
