OK, so in the month of August, I wasn't perfect...far from it, however, I still lost 4 lbs!
- The star means no beer (or any other alcohol) for the day….in August, I had no alcohol 21 days...on the weekends, I did drink... more then I should have.
- The smiley face means I tracked my calories for the day AND stayed in range...August, I stayed in range 20 days...not perfect, but still good.
- The Heart means cardio exercises…(that means I walked at a pace which raised my heart rate to what fitbit calls very active)…for 10 minutes min. …in August, 23 days.
Also, on August 15 I increased my daily FitBit goal from 10K to 12K steps per day.
Considering that August was not my greatest month, I still consider it a good month. Not only did I NOT gain, but I did lose 4 lbs this month. I'll take that!
September is looking like another GREAT month for me. I can't wait to see what my results will be at the end of this month (I already lost 2 lbs the first week.)
