a new week

i got to spend some time out of town this weekend. i really needed the break. i will definitely be signing up for at least one exercise class at school this week, if not two. plus, i will also be using the gym that they have on site as well. i have noticed that some of the weight i lost is creeping back on. so i want to deal with it now, before it becomes too much and my hard work so far will get messed up. i am determined to get back to where i was and to get back into my exercise routines,too. dancing is something i really enjoy doing. now that there is at least one dance class at school, i will go. if there are more and they are not when i am in class, then i will take even more. i really enjoy being active these days. i have some new friends,too, who are encouraging me to be my best and to not dwell on the past. the past,they tell me, is done. just deal with the present and go from there. patience is indeed a virtue. i will most definitely be putting that in motion as of today. have a great day,everyone!

    you have come so far already that it is great to read that you are stopping the weight gain you see on the scale before it becomes a run-a-way wagon weighing yourself weekly regardless of gain/loss is important to know where you at of course your clothes would 'tell' you also in fitting tighter i wish i had the gym/exercise when i worked definitely make use of them
i wish you continued success on your weight loss journey you are making it happen
