reflection: Made it to cycle class once this week, but sickness kept me from going to the Y before school any more than that. Ate way more fruits than veggies, but started getting my salads in for lunch. Did better getting my water in this week, but I think I left one of my water bottles at the dr office! No gain/no loss

Daily Goals:
~ focus on eating more veggies
~ focus on drinking water throughout the day
~ eat breakfast!!
~ workout
~ 12,000 daily steps
~ leave school by 4:30 daily
~ green smoothies
~ healthy lunch
~ healthy dinner:
~ no wheat!!
~ no soy
~ no peanuts
~ limit cruciferous veggies
~ 1 load Laundry
~ games and/or practices
~ post blog entry, reflection daily or at least weekly!
~ in bed by 11pm on weekends; 10:00pm on weekdays
~ up by 4:45am on weekdays, sleep later on weekends!

Calorie range: 1200-1550
Carb Range: 163-236 (aim to stay under 200)
Fat Range: 32-56
Protein Range 60-127
Fiber Range 25-40
Sodium weekend: 1,500-2,000; weekday 1,000-1,500 (increasing as I wasn't getting enough!)
Water intake: 8 or more- 8oz glasses per day
Fruits 2 & Veggies 4: 6+ per day:

Monday:
~ workout at YMCA before school
~ soccer practices 6:30pm
~ walk at soccer practice

Tuesday:
~ workout at YMCA before school- cycle
~ soccer practices 6:00 and 7:00- Metabolic Effect class at 6:05


Wednesday
~ workout at YMCA before school- yoga
~ walk at home after school
~ orthodontist after school


Thursday:
~ workout at YMCA before school- cycle and strength
~ soccer practices 6:00 and 7:00- should be able to make it to the YMCA for Metabolic Effect class
~ appt with Integrative Health specialist- finally getting some answers!!

Friday:
~ workout at YMCA before school
~ meeting at 12:30

Saturday:
~ dd soccer game 4:00
~ dd soccer concessions: 2:00-4:00
~ workout at the YMCA or walk at home


Sunday:
~ dds soccer games: 2:00, 3:00, and 5:00 (thankfully all at home)
~ walk/jog at home
~ weekly plan

    What a wonderful plan for the week! Way to make time for your exercise! My niece likes green smoothies, too. I enjoy her spinach, coconut milk, pineapple smoothie! Have a fantastic week! Hugs, Laurel
