so as a couple of you said, i think that my binges COMPLETELY start from letting myself get too hungry. and i have been sucking at planning to avoid that. so this week is the perfect time to get that in gear! i have class after work THREE days this week (ugh!) so my schedule is gonna be crazy...aka working out is not gonna happen.
here is my high-protein, high-snackage eating plan!
breakfast: 4 egg whites + lotsa coffee!
snack 1: chobani + 100 cal protein powder + blueberries
lunch: soup or salad at work
snack 2: 170 cal protein bar
snack 3: green bell pepper strips
dinner: something small (since it will be late) with protein + veg
i think that this is going to make me feel SO much better, and i am excited to put this in motion!!! i will NOT let myself get overwhelmed by my schedule this week!!!!!!
