Tomorrow the gym opens again after that horrible tragedy and I plan to get in there and make the most of it. I don't want to waste the approaching Autumn, this could be the prettiest time of year and I could really make this my time. Clothes to buy, clothes to put away for the season, clothes to donate. I've had tee shirts in my closet hanging for years, kept for no reason but guilt since my mom bought them all in Cancun mostly, but I've never worn them and they take up space. It's really time to empty this closet and refill it with a new style, age appropriate and fashionable.
Maybe this week I can get a little shopping in after work, start collecting a few things. Shopping and the gym, not a bad plan. Right now to start off another week, my apartment is clean, I went food shopping and got everything I need fresh for the week, plus a few things on sale for the pantry. This season, I'd really like to avoid take out as much as possible and use my kitchen.
What I need to do is catch up on my 5K workouts and move onto the next training plan to run more of the 3.2 miles. Right now, even with the workouts I'm running for distance not the time on the program. I use the interval for the week but for the entire race distance. I want to see how I improve toward the race distance as I get ready.
