Working on Being Pain Free

I may take just tylenol. I have Barrett's esophagus so I must watch acid reflux. I am attempting to work on being pain free through proper nutrition, limited meds, and exercise.
I must schedule exercise each day. I try to do varied exercise. I let my trainer push me for strength. I do not want to traumatize my RA joints. I like the pool on painful days. I like cycling on spin bikes. I can do Body Combat and Zumba as well.
My home spin bike is my goto item for my knee. I can get relief in about 15 minutes using the bike.
