Well here it is five years later, what goals have I reached, what success have I had ,NONE! Why ? The only answer I have is, I've not been willing to work for it . The success I now have is I am, I am following a slow carb plan that I found about a month ago and I can do this! As restrictive as t is I am actually doing it consistantly 6 days a week with Saturdays off. I have been a little slow to get back on the exercise track but I now have a walking partner which I am paying will help, I won't be using spark as my tracker a my fitness pal is more convenient to use but will try to check in.
