... ok, so I just previewed this workout and what do you know I like it!
... it gets progressively more difficult with higher jumps but Pam is a modifier and I will be following her and also doing my own modifying as needed. I know that the workout will be tough, but I am not worried... like Tony says, "just do your best and push pause if you have to!"
The exercises are actually interesting and are actually fun!
... moral of the story... try the workout before judging it. I love it!
PS: ... I also previewed YogaX and will be doing that one as well. This workout is very long, over an hour, so I may do a shorter version of it until I get used to the poses.... they are also challenging. I don't know if I will like this or not, but I will give it a chance!
