I'm really excited to be back on board with BLC!!! So far just in training I have lost 5 lbs. I know that is probably water weight but it's a good feeling. Here are my goals for the 12 weeks of BLC:
5000 + steps for at least 5 days a week
Structured workouts at least 3 days a week
8 cups of water per day
Get back into a routine
Lose some weight!
Challenge myself like I did when I first started doing BLCs
